Questions landlords ask
What do my tenants get, and do they pay?
Kora is free for tenants, always. They log in with their own phone number to see what they owe and when rent is due, pay by Wave or bank transfer (or cash as usual), get a receipt for every payment, and receive a reminder before rent is due.
Do I need a smartphone or a computer?
Either one works. Kora runs on phones, tablets and computers, and you can switch between them whenever you like. Your records are the same on all of them.
What if some of my tenants do not use smartphones?
That is fine. Record their cash payments yourself and Kora still keeps the full record, with receipts you can print or send.
I keep my records in a notebook or in Excel. Do I start again?
No. Add your rooms and tenants in a few minutes, or on Kora Plus and above, upload your Excel sheet and Kora adds everyone at once, including what they still owe.
Can I try Kora before paying?

My agent manages my property. Do I still pay?
