Pay nothing to start
- Founding agents: free for 12 months. The first 10 agents to join pay no monthly fee for their first year.
- After that, your rent pays for it. Kora earns a small fee when tenants pay rent through Kora, and those fees count towards your plan. When they cover it, you pay no monthly fee at all. When they don't, you only top up the difference.
